Proactively partner with internal technical support teams to ensure customer needs are achieved in a timely manner and appropriately documented. This position provides technical expertise and education to new and existing customers of our NGS portfolio. **Key responsibilities include:** + Provide on-site and remote technical expertise to the FAS team, including pre-sales consultation, installation, training and troubleshooting + Provide hands-on product training and documentation for new or modified workflows to customer Laboratories + Document all necessary customer-facing activity in CRM systems + Apply expert knowledge of subject matter practices, assay performance, and troubleshooting principles and practices and provides technical guidance and direction to cross functional teams + Provide scientific/technical consultations with customers to ensure they understand and are comfortable using Roche Sequencing products + Report on activities in the field on a regular basis to management + Monitor technical trends and competitive products in the market **Who you are:** As a results-driven customer centric individual, you can think through problems and consider the impact of solutions and are able to build strong collaborative relationships with your customers.
