We're looking for a collaborative Field Applications Manager to lead our dedicated team of Field Application Specialists (FAS). This role involves mentorship, cross-functional leadership, and technical expertise to deliver outstanding service to customers in the diagnostic space. It's an exciting opportunity to craft a high-performing team and make a real impact across departments! **Key Responsibilities** As Field Applications Manager, the focus is on encouraging development, ensuring operational excellence, and nurturing partnerships. The person in this role will: + Guide, mentor, and develop Field Application Specialists while supporting professional growth + Coordinate training, mentoring, and ongoing evaluations through in-person field visits + Coordinate team scheduling to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and with care + Collaborate regularly with the broader Technical Services team and leadership + Champion quality documentation for training and customer use + Act as a subject matter expert for products and support cross-departmental initiatives + Deliver technical presentations and contribute at tradeshows and onboarding events + Stay connected to industry trends and product improvements through active feedback sharing + Contribute to central initiatives and special projects with a spirit of collaboration and curiosity **Ideal Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in clinical lab science, biological sciences, or a related field + 5+ years of experience in technical support, field service, or field applications—preferably in the IVD sector + Experience managing and developing people in technical or service roles + Familiarity with immunoassays and IVD systems + Exposure to LIS/middleware platforms is a plus + Experience with complaint handling, QA/regulatory frameworks, and CRM tools + Ability to travel up to 25%, including international destinations (passport and valid driver’s license required) **Core Strengths** + A passion for team development and operational excellence + Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills + Adaptable approach with a focus on learning and continuous improvement + Problem-solver with a customer-first mentality + Comfortable navigating changing priorities and timelines **Benefits** We offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonus, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits.
