We're looking for a collaborative Field Applications Manager to lead our dedicated team of Field Application Specialists (FAS). This role involves mentorship, cross-functional leadership, and technical expertise to deliver outstanding service to customers in the diagnostic space. Key ResponsibilitiesAs Field Applications Manager, the focus is on encouraging development, ensuring operational excellence, and nurturing partnerships. The person in this role will:
Guide, mentor, and develop Field Application Specialists while supporting professional growthCoordinate training, mentoring, and ongoing evaluations through in-person field visitsCoordinate team scheduling to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and with careCollaborate regularly with the broader Technical Services team and leadershipChampion quality documentation for training and customer useAct as a subject matter expert for products and support cross-departmental initiativesDeliver technical presentations and contribute at tradeshows and onboarding eventsStay connected to industry trends and product improvements through active feedback sharingContribute to central initiatives and special projects with a spirit of collaboration and curiosityIdeal QualificationsBachelor’s degree in clinical lab science, biological sciences, or a related field5+ years of experience in technical support, field service, or field applications—preferably in the IVD sectorExperience managing and developing people in technical or service rolesFamiliarity with immunoassays and IVD systemsExposure to LIS/middleware platforms is a plusExperience with complaint handling, QA/regulatory frameworks, and CRM toolsAbility to travel up to 25%, including international destinations (passport and valid driver’s license required)Core StrengthsA passion for team development and operational excellenceStrong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skillsAdaptable approach with a focus on learning and continuous improvementProblem-solver with a customer-first mentalityComfortable navigating changing priorities and timelinesBenefitsWe offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonus, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits.
