The Automation Implementation Applications Manager for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for leading the national level automation applications team to ensure accuracy, on-time completion, and successful customer adoption of the Beckman Coulter Automation Systems. This role applies cross functionally with field service, sales, product development, and tech support to achieve action-oriented product growth and ongoing customer satisfaction during complex system implementations.

This position is part of the National Service Support Team located in the United States and will be fully remote. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the National Automation team and report to the Automation NSS Senior Manager responsible for implementation of complex automation systems. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Provide technical and leadership skills development of direct reports, advancing quality and ensuring compliance to corporate policies and standards.Lead daily management activities to track, report and maintain implementation timelines and objectives in support high quality execution of implementation processes that create reference level customers to drive product and revenue growthTrack and trend team KPIs, developing and deploying countermeasures to drive continuous improvementConduct periodic individual and team meetings to foster and facilitate direct report engagement, alignment, and ongoing associate developmentPerform annual and mid-year associate performance reviews as per established review processesWork collaboratively within the National leadership team to prioritize and deliver results on wider team objectives, initiatives, and deliverables 

The essential requirements of the job include:

Minimum combined experience of 9 + years in diagnostic laboratory field service with a Bachelor’s degree in Science or Medical TechnologyDemonstrated project team leadership and/or supervisory experience Diagnostics Laboratory Automation and/or Informatics Applications experience

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

Ability to travel 50% of the time, will include overnight travel.Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Understanding of DBS fundamentals with demonstrated ability in use of Daily Management and PSP tools.Leading, influencing and collaborating across customer account and business functions.Financial acumen and experience in understanding business financials

The annual salary range for this role is $120,000 - $145,000.  This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
