The Field Application Specialist in Flow Cytometry is responsible for assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs pre and/or post-sales as well as preparing detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer products/applications/solutions in alignment with manufactured stated specifications. To Implement Flow Cytometry routine for different scientific applications. Lead product demo/training (at conferences, seminars, trade shows, or customer sites) for customer. May assist with optimizing products to meet customer needs and workflow requirements.
This position reports to the Flow Cytometry Applications Manager LATAM and is part of the Sales organization located in Mexico and will be fully remote role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Pre-sales activities include customer consultations, customer site-based demos, workflow studies, and support for scientific meetings.Successfully implement roll out, customer training, relevant validations and transitions of flow cytometry hardware and reagents at new and existing customer sites.Work with existing applications/sales specialists, channel partners, and our service team to provide high quality and responsive customer support.Liaise and assist our customers to achieve a superior level of scientific support. Attend to troubleshooting and problem resolution in a timely and professional manner.Assess customer requirements and advise the sales team on the most appropriate products and solutions to fulfil these requirements.The essential requirements of the job include:
Must have significant Hands-on experience with Flow CytometryA background in immunology and experience in academic/UniversityUniversity degree in biological sciences, pharmacist, biotechnology or a related subject.Communicating effectively and managing relationships with all stakeholders, including key opinion leaders.Fluent in EnglishTravel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Ability to travel 50%-70% (10-20% of time, outside Mexico)Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving recordMust be based in MexicoIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

El Especialista en Aplicaciones de Campo en Citometría de Fluidos es responsable de evaluar la posible aplicación de los productos de la empresa para satisfacer las necesidades del cliente antes y/o después de la venta, así como de preparar especificaciones detalladas del producto para el desarrollo e implementación de productos/aplicaciones/soluciones del cliente en alineación con las especificaciones declaradas del fabricante. Implementar la rutina de Citometría de Fluidos para diferentes aplicaciones científicas. Liderar demostraciones de productos/capacitación (en conferencias, seminarios, ferias comerciales o en sitios de clientes) para el cliente.
Puede ayudar a optimizar productos para satisfacer las necesidades del cliente y los requisitos de flujo de trabajo.
Este puesto reporta al Gerente de Aplicaciones de Citometría de Flujo para LATAM y forma parte de la organización de Ventas ubicada en México, y será un puesto totalmente remoto.

Las actividades previas a la venta incluyen consultas con clientes, demostraciones basadas en el sitio del cliente, estudios de flujo de trabajo y apoyo para reuniones científicas.Implementar con éxito el lanzamiento, la capacitación al cliente, las validaciones relevantes y las transiciones de hardware y reactivos de citometría de flujo en sitios de clientes nuevos y existentes.Trabajar con especialistas en aplicaciones/ventas existentes, socios de canal y nuestro equipo de servicio para brindar un soporte al cliente de alta calidad y rápido.Colaborar y ayudar a nuestros clientes a lograr un nivel superior de apoyo científico. Atender la solución de problemas de manera oportuna y profesional. Debe tener experiencia práctica significativa en citometría de flujo.-Tener Background en inmunología y experiencia en academia/universidad.
