Field application specialist

Key Education:

Bachelor’s degree in science (Biology, Chemistry, Computer), Engineering, or related field

Experience:

5 years of relevant industry experience3 years in a role directly collaborating with customers in a professional environmentExperience in Pharma or Biotech industries working with laboratory instrumentation considered an asset

Knowledge & Skills:

High proficiency in software problem-solving techniques and ability to troubleshoot electro-mechanical devicesStrong analytical skills to identify and address appropriate solutions to complex requirementsProficiency with programming languages (C++, Python, or other) is desirableFamiliarity with IQ/OQ validation or GxP requirements is considered an assetSolid understanding of software and computer communicationsDemonstrated ability to lead, influence and collaborate with customers and various team functionsStrong organization, planning and time leadership skills

Valid PassportAbility to travel 75% of the time internationally without restrictions
