**Job Requirements** **Job Title:** Field Application Specialist **Salary:** £35,000 - £40,000 + Car + Company Bonus Scheme **Location:** Candidate's should ideally be based around the Reading/Oxford area. The role mostly covers the Midlands/South region, with UK wide travel when required. We’re looking for a proactive, customer-focused Field Application Specialist to deliver exceptional on-site support primarily across the Midlands and South region (with full UK travel when required). You’ll play a key role in installing our products, training customers, resolving technical issues, and ensuring they get the very best from our products and solutions. This is a hands-on role that combines technical expertise with relationship building. Veterinary diagnostics experience highly preferred. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office. + Strong technical skills for troubleshooting and resolving product and service issues. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confident presentation delivery. + Relationship management abilities, with the capacity to handle challenging customer situations professionally. + Skilled in training customers on technical equipment, workflows, and best practices. + Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to varying situations. + Demonstrated customer focus and commercial awareness. + Willingness and ability to travel regularly.
