Field application engineer supports metrology system's recipe setup and target design simulation. Also supports customer on product issue and drives towards resolution.
Role and responsibilities
Simulate metrology target design using stack information from customerSetup metrology recipe for provided wafers from customerAble to understand customer needs, align clear problem description with customer, trouble shooting under time pressure conditionTake ownership and initiative, required prompt responselead escalation and communication with ASML experts (ABS, DE, GSC) internally, and act as customer interfacecollaborate across departments for smooth trouble shootingstakeholder management for technical topicsproblem solving mindsetsupport EUV, DUV, YS, VCPEducation and experience

This position is based in Chitose, Hokkaido. On-site support is required. Clean room work will be requested time to time.
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.).
