What You’ll Do + Be the go-to technical expert for customers, diagnosing issues and delivering high-quality resolutions. + Partner with Sales and Marketing to identify market needs and shape product direction. + Collaborate with developers from concept through QA, ensuring seamless project execution. + Lead initial product deployments, including hardware setup, software installation, and customer training. + Design and document support processes that scale with growth. + Build and maintain tools for configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting. + Enhance internal infrastructure for performance verification and monitoring. + Stay ahead of industry trends by attending conferences and tracking market developments. What You Bring + Technical Mastery: + Strong experience with Linux, C/C++, and Python. + Deep understanding of operating system internals and kernel fundamentals. + + Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/UDP, multicast, routing). + Exposure to FPGA design and low latency systems is a major plus. + Professional Experience: + 5+ years in development roles. + 5+ years in customer-facing technical functions. + Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. + Soft Skills: + Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities. + Ability to manage multiple priorities independently. + Passion for learning and applying new technologies.
