About the Role

A leading high-performance technology company is seeking a Field Application Engineer to support its expanding customer base across North America. This is a dynamic, customer-facing role ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in operating systems, kernel fundamentals, and low-latency systems. You’ll collaborate with global engineering teams and play a key role in product deployment, support, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, diagnosing incidents and delivering expert-level solutions.Partner with Sales and Marketing to identify customer needs and market opportunities.Collaborate with developers throughout the product lifecycle, including QA and documentation.Lead initial product deployments: hardware setup, software installation, and customer training.Design and document support processes to improve customer experience.Develop and maintain internal tools for configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.Enhance internal infrastructure for system monitoring and verification.Contribute to product strategy and recommend enhancements.Stay current on industry trends and attend relevant conferences.

Required Skills

Proficiency in FPGA, C/C++, and low-latency systemsStrong understanding of operating systems and kernel-level fundamentals

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of development experienceMinimum 5 years in a customer-facing technical role

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
