Job Title: Field AdministratorJob Description

The Field Administrator plays a crucial role in providing administrative, customer, and company relations support to the organization. Under the direct supervision of the Area Supervisor, this position ensures that area billing, reporting, and other day-to-day office operations are organized and functional.

ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to field construction management and crews as required.Assemble and maintain final job packages for handover to the billing team.Identify issues and escalate them to management as necessary.Maintain a professional appearance at all times.Essential SkillsAbility to work well with individuals from diverse socio-economic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds.Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.Strong written and oral communication skills.Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments.Capability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.Excellent organizational and planning skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsAssociate Degree or higher is preferred.Previous administrative experience is preferred.Experience in the utility or construction industry is a plus.Basic billing experience.Analytical and problem-solving skills.High School diploma.Work Environment

The work environment is a corporate office setting with a business casual dress code. The position requires working Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 5/6 pm, and a half-day on Friday, ending by 2-3 pm. The role involves working on a construction site, typically in a comfortable trailer setting. The company offers a supportive work culture with opportunities for skill development and mentoring.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Pierce, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
