As a F,S,&C Manager, you are responsible for:

Collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers to assess future needs and requirements to understand forecast activitiesEnsuring flawless execution and on-time delivery to our customers through effective planning of resourcesDeveloping quality plans in line with our job cycle process to ensure risks are mitigatedOverseeing your teams contracts and quotes to ensure we harvest our contracts and monitor outstanding customer financialsMonitoring your departmental budget and Purchase Ledger to track areas of spendCoaching, developing and mentoring your team to share knowledge, skills and insight

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelors degree or at least 5 years of equivalent working experienceHave 5 years experience in chemical related industryMust be willing and able to present information to various levels of the organization in a clear and concise mannerPrevious experience influencing others that may not be direct reportsBe proficient in MS Office with a focus on data management utilizing ExcelDemonstrate an aptitude for building and maintaining trusted relationships with customers and teams within a global-matrix environmentBe able to travel regionally up to 10% with some overnights and out of state travel requiredBe able to lead, plan, coordinate and deliver projects successfullyHave experience in managing P&Ls and budgets

The annual pay scale for this position is between $98,800.00 - $183,500.00.

Candidates for this role (office-based/ hybrid/ remote) must be located in or near the locations displayed above. The pay range/scale displayed above represents Baker Hughes’ good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position at the time of this posting and applies to the possible locations for this position. Baker Hughes will issue a non-bias competitive offer; the salary range posted for this position reflects the projected hiring range for new hires, full-time salaries in some U.S. locations, not including equity or benefits. Where an applicant will ultimately fall within the pay range/scale depends on a variety of factors, including, for example, geographic work location, skillset, qualifications, internal pay alignment, level of experience, and demonstrated performance over time.
