Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a FICC Production Support Analyst to join their team. As a FICC Production Support Analyst, you will be part of the Production Support team, supporting the Fixed Income, Currencies, and Commodities (FICC) division. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** FICC Production Support Analyst
**Location:** New York, NY (Hybrid)
**What's the Job?**
+ Act as the first point of contact for end business users in Rates for all intraday risk issues.
+ Take ownership and deliver onboarding support for new lines of business and workflows.
+ Build and maintain strong partnerships with business stakeholders, application development personnel, and infrastructure contacts.
+ Proactively identify and resolve problem hotspots while troubleshooting complex systems issues.
+ Develop tools and drive efficiency/stability improvements across critical trading system environments.
**What's Needed?**
+ Experience in production support within financial services, particularly in FICC.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex end-to-end flows of trades and market data updates.
+ Excellent communication skills to effectively manage stakeholder relationships.
+ Proven ability to manage incidents and problems, including event management and monitoring improvements.
+ Familiarity with capacity, performance, and resiliency management in a trading environment.
