About the Role:
Responsible for building deeper relationships with clients while servicing their needs and understanding their business. Accountable for growing market share, increasing card sales, client support functions, and ensuring client satisfaction within the Managed business line.
What You Will Do:
Acquires new Financial Institutions (FI) clients, expanding our reach in the market. Provides maintenance and accountability of Pipeline activity Responsible for business growth: performance and engagement. Maintains and improves client retention strategic goals. Both Pro-Active and Reactive. Attends and represents Pathward at industry events. Maintains and fosters relationship with Support team, including calibration with Management regarding identifying and calibration of submitted Opportunities. Responsible for building and maintaining a positive rapport with new and existing clients. Develops and executes lead acquisition and Sales Agent strategies in partnership with the Marketing department. Other duties as assigned.What You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience. Typically, 3+ years with bachelor's or equivalent. Proven sales experience meeting or exceeding targets. High attention to detail and analytical skills Collaboration with cross-functional teams. Salary range: $60,000 – $100,500
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
