Feeder Dispatch Admin with Driving
**Job Description** The Feeder Dispatch Admin with Driving works in a fast-paced environment supporting feeder drivers both outdoors and in an office setting. This role requires attention to detail, physical activity, and strong communication skills. **Location** : **Louisville, KY** **Shifts:** **2nd shift: 4:00pm to 2:00am from Wednesday to Saturday** **3rd: 12am to 6am Sunday to Thursday** **Pay:21/hr** **Weekly pay** **Key Responsibilities** + Open and close trailer doors (some heavy) to verify trailer status + Walk off trailers in all weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, etc.) + Drive a company-provided vehicle on UPS property + Respond to inbound and outbound feeder drivers via phone + Assist drivers with dispatch-related needs + Escort non-SIDA3 drivers on and off property + Perform trailer walk-offs and ensure safety of walk-off personnel + Accurately read and verify trailer numbers + Maintain safety standards at all times **Requirements** + Valid driver’s license (required to drive on company property) + Ability to physically open and close heavy trailer doors + Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions + Ability to use computers and multitask accurately + Strong verbal communication skills + Ability to work well under pressure with a positive attitude + Must wear sturdy work boots for foot protection **Work Environment** + Fast-paced office setting combined with outdoor work + Exposure to seasonal weather conditions + Safety-focused role with responsibility for others If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
