Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma, UTMB Student enrolled at least half time.

 

 

Job Duties:

Provide receptionist services to sign students in/out of scheduled activities.

Set up simulation labs including setting out lab materials, manikin preparation and lab break-down and clean-up.

Assist in stocking lab supplies.

Assist with HEC tours.

Support general administrative duties (copying, shipments, filing).

Assist in hosting major events including poster sessions, conferences, and Open Houses.

 

 

 

 

Salary Range:
Commensurate with experience.
