**Process Overview***
Employee Experience Technology team provides technology solutions to support the Chief Administrative Office, Legal, Audit and Global Human Resources Organizations. The key functions performed are master planning, vendor management, business engagement, application design & development, and application life cycle planning and monitoring. The CAO Group is responsible for strategic and operational priorities that support our company's eight lines of business.
**Job Description*** .
The role involves delivering and leading development and delivery for various software engineering projects. Require full stack developer with strong experience in dot Net core, Asp.net , MVC and Database management including Advanced SQL , Performance tuning with good exposure to Angular. Good in communication , problem solving and situational based skills are required. Candidate should be proactive and should be able to lead tasks/activities independently and lead the teams with proficiency in performance tuning and query optimization strategies. Extensive experience in construction, unit testing, and performance tuning processes. Candidate should be able to drive delivery models and projects E2E and guide team members to excel as well. Candidate should also be able to drive stakeholder communication, participate in requirement gathering and functional analysis and break it down for technical team accordingly.
**Responsibilities***
Key responsibilities include:
+ Work with stakeholders to define software requirements and take the lead on technical and operational projects.
+ Develop high quality software design.
+ Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the SDLC.
+ Develop tools and applications by producing efficient code.
+ Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting.
+ Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve projects.
+ Work as Tech Lead to cross collaborate between team and stakeholders including PO/BA/SM etc.
+ Technical SME to drive delivery, releases and migration.
+ Enables team, streamlines and optimize process, identify and troubleshoot critical issues/roadblocks and mitigates any application risks involved.
+ Understands upstream and downstream to the application for implementing a sustainable quality product.
+ Communicate with impact, manage stakeholder expectations with reporting and presentation skills.
**Requirements**
**Education***
+ B.E./ B. Tech/M.E./M. Tech/BSC/MSC/BCA/MCA (prefer IT/CS specialization)
**Experience Range***
+ 15 to 25 years
**Foundational skills***
+ At least 12 years working with software development related activities.
+ Proven experience as a Senior Software engineer/Feature Lead
+ Extensive experience in software development, scripting and project management
+ Experience in system monitoring tools and automated testing frameworks.
+ Expertise in end to end of Dot Net technologies.
+ In depth knowledge in SQL Server DB and Operating systems like Windows, Linux etc.,
+ Analytical mind with problem solving aptitude.
+ Extensive leadership skills
+ Strong hands-on design and development experience with dot Net and Microsoft technologies
+ Sound Knowledge & understanding of Data Warehousing concepts.
+ Good hands-on experience with databases – SQL server
+ Good hands-on experience with Angular
+ Experience working with Agile Methodology
+ Strong problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
+ Strong written and oral communication skills.
**Desired skills***
• Project management tool JIRA and Version Control tools Github, Bitbucket – will be an added advantage
• Self-starter capability, ability to acquire new skills autonomously
• Able to interact and co-ordinate with distributed & Cross-functional teams
• Assisting with the business cases and understanding stakeholder’s expectations and objectives
• Strong problem identification and solving skills.
• Work well in a multi-disciplined team environment.
• Strong communication skills
• Excel in a fast paced, dynamic environment
**Work Timings*:** 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM
