Job Description:
This job is responsible for providing leadership, technical direction and oversight to a team delivering technology solutions. Key responsibilities of the job are to provide oversight of the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex computer programs, align technical solutions to business objectives, and ensure that coding practices/quality comply with software development standards. Job expectations include conducting multiple software implementations and applying both depth and breadth in knowledge of several technical competencies.

Responsibilities:

Designs, develops and is accountable for feature deliveryApplies enterprise standards for solution design, coding and qualityEnsures solution meets product acceptance criteria with minimal technical debtGuides the team on work breakdown and executionWorks with the Product Owner to ensure that product backlog/requirements are healthy, with clear acceptance criteriaPlays a team lead role (as an individual contributor) and mentors the teamGuides team members with skills and practices (planning and estimation, peer reviews, and other engineering practices)Experience with Agile Development & ability to work with global delivery team to implement the technology solutionsStrong communication skills and attention to detailsKnowledge on Application Security and Standards

Required skills:

5-7+ years’ experience in design and development of high quality applicationsExperience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform and developmentStrong hands on experience in front end development languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)Strong hands on experience in Core Java, spring and related technologiesSolid understanding of internet architecture (HTTP, cookies, browser interactions, firewalls, DNS, web hosting)Experience with Agile Development & ability to work with global delivery team to implement the technology solutionsStrong communication skills and attention to detailsKnowledge on Application Security and Standards

Desired Qualifications:

Experience doing full lifecycle API development using API Designer, API Console, API Portal/Exchange, and Runtime ManagerStrong experience with HTTP REST and Web services protocols and different data formats including JSON, XML, XSD, XSLT, and SOAPExperience in MySQLKnowledge of enterprise server environments and architecture (distributed data centers, load balancers, etc.)
