JOB SUMMARY
FEA coordinators are responsible for ensuring smooth onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day management of FEA employers. When a client under the FEA model is approved for services and meets with their program/service coordinator or support broker, the FEA coordinator takes their completed packet and sets up FEIN’s, creates and links unemployment and withholding accounts, and files powers of attorneys for our assigned FEA employers. If they cancel their services with us, the FEA coordinator is responsible for revoking all of the accounts and powers of attorney.
This position is hybrid to Missoula, MT. The employee will report to the Missoula office 2x per week.

High School Diploma preferred Previous office experience preferred Combination of education and experience Be able to successfully pass a background screeningThe incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 pounds.
