**Summary of Position (Job Purpose)** The Ecommerce Sample Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end flow of ecommerce product samples to support seasonal launches, fashion updates, and core assortment changes. This role requires close collaboration with Digital Commerce, Merchant, Photography, and Vendor teams to ensure product samples are efficiently ordered, tracked, and prepared to meet tight timelines and content production needs. **Principal Duties and Responsibilities** Listed in order of importance: + Manage the full lifecycle of ecommerce samples, including ordering, receiving, organizing, distributing, and tracking. + Generate sample order lists in coordination with the Sample Team to request needed items from vendors. + Monitor and follow up on sample shipment statuses to ensure on-time delivery and project alignment. + Review existing product photography in the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to determine if updated samples or new photography are needed. + Serve as a primary contact for Vendors and Merchants to resolve any sample-related issues or delays. + Label, organize, and stage samples to support the Photography Team’s production schedule. + Maintain and update photography tracking logs in Excel to ensure accurate reporting and progress monitoring. **Minimum Requirements / Qualifications** + Proven ability to work as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Effective multitasking and prioritization capabilities. + High sense of urgency and accountability to meet deadlines. + Physical ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs. + Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed. **Desired Qualifications** + Experience in retail, ecommerce, or store operations is a plus.
