FD Data Integrity Administrator
**General Summary** The Data Integrity Administrator is responsible for validating all SKU level information in Retek, including both set up of new items and ongoing maintenance of existing items. The DI Administrator works to ensure the highest level of data integrity across the supply chain. The incumbent in this role should be well versed in technical processes such as SQL where current procedures can be reviewed and updated as needed to keep Data Integrity at the highest level in Merchandise Data Management. **Principle Duties & Responsibilities** 1. Responsible for performing audits and running reporting for the Data Integrity team for the SKUs set up during the current work week on daily basis. 2. Communicates with business partners on the audit report findings to ensure resolutions are made within Retek on the errors. 3. Responsible for assisting with the workflow pertaining to SKU creations and maintenance requests within Retek; including: UPC, User Defined Attributes, Supplier updates, and all other critical SKU level information. 4. Responsible for reporting out on Workflow deferrals to the FD MA Managers to ensure MA opportunities are corrected. 5. Partners with the Centralized Item Team on SKU case pack changes including communications to all applicable parties throughout Family Dollar as well auditing the changes made at the SKU case pack level daily. 6. Partners with Family Dollar DCs on any SKU / Supplier updates that require DC Associates to update as product is received at the DC. 7. Determines if a UPC change request should be processed by analyzing the UPC sales/on hand/on order; moves the store inventory if necessary. Collaborates with the Merchant team on best practices and determination of UPC changes. 8. Assist the Inventory Control Department in determining the cause and plan of action for SKUs that do not scan at store level. 9. Train new Merchandise Assistants and Data Integrity Analysts on Data Integrity processes and basic SKU creation/maintenance tasks 10. Manage attributes at the item level for Category Management reporting, including, the creation of new UDAs after collaborating with business partners on the downstream impacts/implementation. 11. Supports Internal Audit Team to ensure SKU financial data is accurate. 12. Provides insights/recommendations for streamlining reporting methods and procedures, including implementation of said streamlining, through continued communication with Leadership. 13. Responsible for developing and maintaining procedural documentation including standard operating procedures for the Data Integrity Team. 14. Be the subject matter expert for SKUs and participate in the implementation of IT enhancements and business processes/projects. 15. Responsible for the creation/maintenance of templated forms used within the Data Integrity Team & Merch Team to ensure they are regularly updated to support the business partners. 16. Assists the Data Integrity Manager and Data Integrity Team with Combo SKU setup as well as performing audits of the Combo SKU creations/maintenance request to ensure compliance standards are being met. 17. Partners with the Data Integrity Team in managing the Centralized Item mailbox to ensure business partners are being supported adequately. 18. Applicant must have high attention to detail, strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Computer Skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft EXCEL; basic SQL skills.
