The Specialist works to effectively administer the College Choice Progrram from application review, to issuing payments, developing external relationships, and student support. The specialist supports the director in data management and ensure student success.

Responsibilities Review applications for all College Choice Students. Electronically file and provide feedback onOversee various administrative tasks and documentation to insure efficient administrative operations through accurate updates and timely documentation, enhancing communication and compliance.Assist in tracking student data and mainting up to date information in student files and data systems to ensure Director can provide up to date data reports.Attend Coaching and Supervision with Director of Admissions and Academic Provide coverage for other specialists and director as needed.Enhance student engagement, stake holder experience, and program satisfaction through proactive communication and outreach, leading workshops/trainings, and continuous relationship Assist in overall program planning and development through creation of materials, website design, and timeline Review all financial documents and in coordination with admin and finance team submit payments for student Qualifications Demonstrated strong commitment to safety.Demonstrated knowledge of and experience of higher education procedures and Education Required Bachelor’s Degree from a U.S. accredited educational institution or Credential Evaluation for a non-U.S. educational institution Options ApplyApplySubmit a ReferralRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
