The Hermosillo FCSD PVT Resident is located in the Assembly Plant PVT Office and reports to the FCSD PVT Manager.  Primary responsibilities include proactively identifying service risks on the plant vehicle line(s) during Launch / L-TIS and working urgently to enable Dealer capability to fix vehicles right the first time without Ford assistance. Position will be onsite in plant environment.   This role will have opportunities for travel to support product investigations as necessary.
