Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities :
Leading and managing the complete gamut for the FCM function for BGSW's Coimbatore offices.
Responsible for stakeholder management with location POCs and leaders based in COB along with vendor management.
Vendor, builder & SEZ communication
Facilities Management with projects experience from a construction & fit-out standpoint
Managing location budgets, spaces, transport services, hygiene management, security services, energy management, health/safety and environment management
Educational qualification:
Fulltime BE /B.Tech (Civil, Mech)
MBA in relevant discipline
