As a Senior Associate in our Asset & Wealth Management Finance team supporting 55ip, you will spend each day defining, refining, and delivering set goals for our firm. You will be responsible for partnering across 55ip and J.P. Morgan Asset Management to provide financial and strategic analysis, oversight, and coordination of budgeting and forecasting. Our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) teams are responsible for a wide range of activities including financial control, forecasting and budgeting, analysis of financial and business metrics, delivery of weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reporting, development of new reporting capabilities (e.g., dashboards), and advising line-of-business CFOs on how to increase profitability and efficiencies.
In this role, you will provide financial and analytical support to 55ip business teams and the CFO, helping scale a tax‑smart investment strategy engine that delivers intuitive experiences and intelligent automation. Working at the intersection of finance and technology—and alongside world‑class asset management partners—you will contribute to a rapidly growing platform used by 450+ financial advisor firms with $1T+ in discretionary assets.
Job responsibilities
Oversee financial controlPrepare sales, profitability, (revenue, expense) and headcount budgets/forecastsAnalyze and design of key metrics and MIS reportingCreate and update various presentations with financials and metricsDesign and optimize processes and operating models; assist in documenting policies, procedures, and controlsManage billing documentation and client communications throughout the billing processOversee contract management activities, including review and administration of client, enterprise, and vendor agreementsAssist in the preparation, review, and updating of regulatory documents, such as Form ADV and other required disclosures, in partnership with Legal and Compliance teamsComplete ad-hoc projects and requestsRequired qualifications, skills and capabilities:

3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in financial services or a related industryProficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with automation tools and data visualization platforms is a plusFamiliarity with ETFs, mutual funds, model portfolios, separately managed accounts, and direct indexing is advantageous
