As a Market Data & Mobility Prognosis Analyst, you will be responsible for managing external market data integration, supporting mobility forecasting processes, and delivering actionable insights through advanced data analysis and visualization.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will partner with regional teams, using your expertise to develop mobility forecasts and market scenarios that contribute to critical business decisions.

• You will support the integration and alignment of external market data with internal planning structures, ensuring quality through data cleansing and efficient manual input processes.

•  You will maintain intuitive dashboards and enable real-time tracking of crucial market trends.

•  You will manage user access within our internal portals and lead training sessions, providing support to end-users and increasing knowledge across our organization.

Strategic Reporting & Communication
• You will collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders to deliver market insights and strategic forecast recommendations, generating regional volumes, market scenarios, and in-depth analyses of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and country-level data.

• You will drive the continuous improvement of our Automotive Market Report (AMR) processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in our reporting.

• You will create highly engaging presentations and reports for senior management, communicating complex information across all stakeholders.

Data Excellence & Innovation

• You will design and implement forecasting methodologies, championing data quality and automation initiatives.

• You will onboard and guide team members, empowering them to utilize market analysis tools and best practices for data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, or a related field.

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in planning, reporting, or automotive market analysis.

• Knowledge: Advanced expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI, strong background in data visualization, dashboard creation, and forecasting techniques; deep understanding of automotive market trends and geopolitical dynamics.

• Personality Traits: Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail; strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, excellence in stakeholder communication, cross-functional collaboration and time management; affinity for IT systems, adaptability, and continuous learning orientation.

• Languages: Proficient business English required. German is an advantage.
