**Description**
The Travel Retail Worldwide Supply Chain Transformation Office is a key enabler to lead the transformation of TR Supply Chain from both technology and process perspectives. It is a cross⁃functional team consisting of experts in their areas to support TR Supply Chain functions such as Customer Service, Supply & Inventory, DCs operations, and others.
In this role, you are responsible for managing a team (2⁃3 direct reports) and leading all transitions, integration, and other supply chain distribution changes of ELC brands within the network of Travel Retail. This may include but is not limited to transferring existing brands across our distribution network, integrating new brands and new distribution locations within the TR network, and adjusting any other transition needed. The role's primary area is Supply & Inventory with the team members leading Customer Service and Operations.
Your main responsibilities include:
+ Managing and leading your team to ensure goals and objectives are met timely
+ Maintaining relationships with global and regional key stakeholders and promoting confidence in the overall execution to the process
+ Serving as a Subject Matter Expert and trusted business advisor providing direction, expertise, and support to the TR Supply Chain organization and Supply Chain Global team with regards to any changes in the supply chain network such as brand transitions, integration of new brands or other changes in the Travel Retail Supply Chain distribution network
+ Focusing on areas to start with are Customer Service, Supply & Inventory and Operations while considering and including of other upstream and downstream supply chain areas
+ Seeking for continuous improvement processes to retrieve learnings that can be incorporated as best practices
+ Working closely with Process Experts to implement related business processes in line with internal standards and considering specific TR requirements
+ Ensuring that defined business processes are properly validated, tested, and implemented in ERP and related systems
+ Facilitating cross⁃functional alignment to ensure compliant and workable processes
+ Defining project structure, project plan, and deliverables together with business partners to appropriately plan projects
+ Coordinating all the actions are delivered according to plan
+ Communicating on project progress, and achievements and elevating issues
**Qualifications**
+ University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field is required: Bachelor`s or Master's
+ Preferably a Lean Six Sigma and/or APICS certification
+ Minimum of 7 years of experience in operational management in Supply Chain including either Customer Service or Supply & Inventory
+ Experienced in one of the business processes under responsibility/value stream mapping is a plus: opportunity identification, process re⁃design and transformation
+ Experienced with SAP
+ Planned, delivered, and led projects
+ Developed and implemented performance measurement frameworks
+ Experienced with efficiency optimization through automation
+ Bringing in a strong business acumen in E2E supply chain
+ Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills
+ Business proficiency in English is a must, German is an advantage
