Job Title: Faro Arm Operator
Job Description
As a Faro Arm Operator, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications for each part, understanding geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), and inspecting all parts prior to installation. You will utilize a FARO arm to perform inspections, ensuring all parts meet ISO standards, and update all data using Excel. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that all parts meet customer standards before installation.
Pay: 27-32/hr

Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints and specifications for each part.Understand and apply GD&T principles.Inspect all parts prior to installation and inspect large parts under repair.Use a FARO arm to perform inspections.Ensure all parts are inspected based on ISO standards.Update inspection data using Excel.Ensure all parts meet customer standards before installation.Essential Skills
Proficiency in GD&T and blueprints interpretation.Experience with FARO arm operations.Knowledge of quality control processes and standards.Experience with micrometers and CMM.Familiarity with CAM2 and Verisurf.Additional Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of quality control experience.3+ years of experience with FARO arm.1+ years of experience with CMM.3+ years of experience with large parts and job shop environments.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
You will work alongside crews in the field, performing machining repairs at client sites. The role requires the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines due to outage schedules.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr.
