Monitor communication tools and internal systems to ensure the achievement of SLA in productivity, accuracy & TAT target. Conduct fare quoting diagnostic based on client’s requirements. Ensure that all content are loaded to the designated system according to the instructions. Report any issues or system limitations to the supervisor. Assist team in doing cross QC for fares.
