ROLE OVERVIEW The Associate, Client Services Accounting plays a vital role in supporting the financial operations of high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and entities. This position is part of a dynamic team responsible for managing day-to-day transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring timely responses to client and vendor inquiries. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration to deliver comprehensive financial reporting and forecasting. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES + Execute core accounting functions including accounts payable, reconciliations, and journal entries + Prepare cash forecasts and quarterly financial statements + Analyze and reconcile bank, brokerage, and credit card accounts + Review investment valuations and other balance sheet items + Interface directly with clients, estate managers, and vendors + Collaborate with internal teams on client reporting and asset management + Support innovation and process improvements within client service delivery COMPENSATION & BENEFITS The organization offers a highly competitive compensation package, commensurate with experience and education. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (CPA or Master’s preferred) + Experience with accounting operations for real property, trusts, and LLCs + Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., Sage Intacct, Bill.com) + Advanced Excel skills and strong project management capabilities + Exceptional attention to detail and discretion + Strong interpersonal and communication skills + Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve complex issues independently Note: Excited about this role?
