Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our established team at the North Burnet Clinic in Austin, Texas. This role offers the opportunity to practice in a physician-led, not-for-profit healthcare system that is nationally recognized for quality, innovation, and patient-centered care.
About the Role
As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide comprehensive, continuous care to patients of all ages—children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. The ideal candidate will be passionate about whole-person care, skilled in managing both acute and chronic conditions, and committed to preventive medicine. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to improve patient outcomes and strengthen community health.
Practice Setting
The Baylor Scott & White Clinic – North Burnet serves the North Austin community, offering a wide range of services including:
Preventive and primary care for all agesAccess to specialty care such as cardiology, dermatology, and orthopedicsOn-site urgent care for common conditions such as asthma, flu, skin diseases, and musculoskeletal painKey Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive, patient-focused primary care across the lifespan.Diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of acute illnesses and chronic conditions.Provide wellness exams, immunizations, and preventive screenings tailored to patient needs.Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare team members to coordinate care.Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with system protocols.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Texas by the Texas Medical Board.Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine (ABMS or BOS).Demonstrated history of providing high-quality, compassionate care.
