The Fall 2025 - HRIS & Benefits Intern you will support the HRIS/Benefits Team at HUGO BOSS for North America. Tasks will include but are not limited to SAP administration and basic reporting functions, benefits-related projects, as well as maintaining employee personnel and FMLA files while assisting with general administrative functions related to HRIS & Benefits.

As a Fall 2025 Intern:
\n\nYou must be able to work on location, 20-24 hours per week\nIntern for the full Fall term - September 8, 2025 - December 12, 2025\nThe minimum & maximum rate of pay will be fixed at $16.50 per hour\nYou must be a rising Junior or Senior at a local college/ university pursuing a bachelor's degree\nThis position is not eligible for relocation\n

\n\tHighly motivated and strong interest in Human Resources\n\tAbility to work collaboratively and maintain a professional demeanor at all times\n\tProactive, self-starter with strong problem solving and communication skills\n\tStrong follow-up skills and attention to detail\n\tAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and maintain strong attention to detail\n\tExcellent time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize work effectively\n\tStrong relationship-building and customer service skills\n\tSAP HR experience is a plus\n\tProficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint\n
