**Fall Co\-Op\- Customer Support \(Service Sales\)** **Description** **JOB SUMMARY:** Working with Aircraft Servicing Centers, Candidates will become members of the Service Center Sales team to accomplish goals in creating, maintaining, and growing customer relations\. Candidate will have exposure to better understand overall sales strategy\. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** Prepare metrics and reports as requested by leadership team, to include but not limited to monthly activity reportingAssist with development of sales promotions to meet targets and be responsible for coordination with the Customer Service Marketing teamDevelop, implement and maintain contractual templates in coordination with the sales team to meet departmental objectivesGain an understanding of all support areas within Customer ServiceProvide data research support for current sales teamsMaintain customer database in conjunction with sales teamComplete data analysis for future strategies and promotionsWhen necessary, complete market research through customer follow upDevelop in\-depth knowledge of all aftermarket sales processes and functions through rotational programRotate through all functions of the aftermarket sales department to gain an understanding of the team as a wholeAssist in the planning and development of sales meetings and training **Qualifications** **EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:** * Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Business Management, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or other related field **QUALIFICATIONS:** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills Private Pilot's license, A&P license, or previous aerospace experience is desirableTechnical knowledge of aircraft is a plusProfessional and diplomatic demeanorGeographic mobility preferred _The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this job\.
