Job Summary:
Title: Fall 2025 Intern - IT
Location: New York, NY (In-office, 25 hours a week)
Reports to: IT Manager
Academic credit required
Position Summary:
The IT Intern will support the daily operations of the IT department by assisting with a variety of entry-level technical tasks. This individual will shadow the IT Specialist and report directly to the IT Manager. The role is ideal for someone pursuing a career in IT and eager to gain practical experience in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with asset inventory management, including tagging, tracking, and documentation of IT equipmentPerform daily conference room technology checks to ensure AV systems are functional before meetingsAssist users with basic technical support issues, such as password resets and account lockoutsMaintain IT equipment storage area, ensuring cleanliness and organizationDocument processes and solutions in our knowledge baseAssist in updating internal IT documentation and inventory logsShadow and support the IT Specialist with ongoing projects and helpdesk ticketsEscalate complex technical issues to appropriate team membersQualifications:
Currently enrolled in a college/university program (preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field)

This internship is available for the Fall semester. This is a non-paid internship, with flexible hours (minimum of 16 hours per week) to reflect your necessary college credit requirements.
