Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Factory Sales Representative to be located in El Salvador focused on main opportunities with T1 to drive sales growth and maximize revenue.  This strategy aims to maintain and foster growth opportunities under dedicated management, ensuring that all segments of our vendor can thrive. We will conduct a structured knowledge transfer plan to ensure a smooth handover while maintaining service levels and preventing any disruption to existing business. 

Responsibilities:

Responsible for increasing revenue by achieving sales objectives in existing and new accounts.Create and manage territory and account strategies to deliver on price and mix objectives.Provide product quotes and actively utilize value-selling tools and skills.Uncover and assess customer needs and develop and execute Value Proposition (Aligning Value).Demonstrate products and/or services and provide assistance in the best application of product and/or services.Develop a thorough understanding of market conditions (e.g., current customers, potential customers, competitors) in assigned territory, and develop a strategy to achieve revenue goals.Conduct territory analysis and planning to enable appropriate allocation of time to accounts and customers.







 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.

2-4 years of successful sales or related experience.

English Language proficiency,

Demonstrated successful experience in a position of similar responsibilities.

Proficient in assessing customer needs.  

Intermediate level negotiation skills.

Intermediate business acumen.

Strong ability to work independently

Skilled in communicating effectively with all levels of management on complex business issues.

Skilled in preparing professional written proposals. 

Willing to learn product and technical information.

Excellent customer service skills.

Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.

Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and function specific software.

Strong ability to work as part of a team.
