As a FOM Specialist you will be a part of Factory Order Management team collaborating with our factories over the world, internal and external business partners & execution and proactive daily monitoring of all shipments.
You are responsible for:
Pre-screening and analyzing ordersManaging order returns, logging the errorsAnalyzing discrepancies between orders and catalogsCreating invoices and letting the orders to be shippedCooperating with Sales and Production Planningthis is a fixed term role for approx. 20 monthsYou're the right fit if:
You have at least bachelor’s degreeYou have previous relevant experience in fields related to logistics or supply chainYou have fluent level of EnglishYou have evidence of excellent communication skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels, both internally and within the service providersYou can prioritize tasks and have attention to detailOur benefits:

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
