**Job Title: Facility Technician** **Job Description** The facility technician is responsible for general building maintenance for a luxury apartment complex in Playa Vista. This role focuses on preparing vacant units for new tenants by performing necessary repairs and maintenance. **Responsibilities** + Perform general repairs in vacant units to prepare them for occupancy. + Conduct repairs such as fixing blinds, swapping or changing door knobs and locks. + Carry out general painting, patching, caulking, and window and screen installation or repair. + Handle basic electrical work like replacing light bulbs and light switches. + Perform basic plumbing tasks. + Coordinate with external vendors for major maintenance projects. **Essential Skills** + 1-3 years of facility maintenance experience. + Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds. + Proficiency in using basic hand tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Customer service oriented. + Training will be provided on certain company procedures. + Hands-on technical experience required from day one. **Why Work Here?** This is a great opportunity for those looking to build a career.
