Where You’ll Make a Difference

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.Conduct minor repairs on doors, windows, furniture, and fixtures.Monitor and maintain building safety systems, including fire alarms and emergency lighting.Assist with office setups, relocations, and furniture arrangements.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment servicing.Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or installations.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

What Makes You the Right Fit

Diploma in Mechatronics or any relevant fieldMinimum 2 years of working experience in same positionKnowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.Able to perform tasks that require physical exertion, such as lifting and working in constrained environmentsAble to work shift & perform weekends duties when assigned.
