Facility Technician

Summary: Seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electromechanical systems within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years in facilities, maintenance, or related technical role Proficiency in maintaining and repairing electromechanical systems Practical experience with hand tools, power tools, bandsaws, drill presses, and lathes Competency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to PLC systems Working knowledge of ISO 13485 standards and cleanroom protocols Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (medical device, aerospace) Technical training or certification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial systems

Responsibilities:

Conduct preventive maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electromechanical systems to minimize downtime Operate/maintain systems within Class 8 cleanroom ensuring ISO compliance Perform/record calibration of tools/machinery Support R&D activities including prototype support/test station setup Assist production personnel with equipment issues/general facility needs Promote/enforce facility safety protocols; identify/address potential hazards

Pay Details: $18.00 to $26.00 per hour
