JOB SUMMARY:
Management of all Facility concerns and support the Management Team Members.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Management of all Facility concerns together with the Airport, including building and room leasing agreements.
2. Coordinate constructions/services and surveillance cleaning group / organize and supervise IT- network and telephone services.
3. Overall responsible for internal Facility concerns including office set up or relocation projects / management of internal office supplies / service and construction as well as safety and security.
4. Coordinate with third parties all agreements and contracts.
5. Office Material - managing / material hand over / ordering (key account for ePO).
6. Responsible for IT support including consulting.
7. Responsible for observance of corporate identity.
8. Managing Uniforms according Clothing Regulation - ordering / hand over to employees / organize adjustments / take inventory.
9. Travel Agency – responsible for all flights and bookings.
10. Point of contact for AIG-Travel insurance.
11. Responsible for the organization of customer and staff events.
12. Support Concierge with customers and visitors in different belongings.
13. Support GM and Senior Leadership Team as well as all other local departments with administrative duties as required.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 5 years professional experience in similar role
QUALIFICATONS:
• Extensive experience in Facility Management belongings
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Good English knowledge (spoken and written)
• Proficient in use of standard office equipment and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Good technical knowledge of IT applications
• Dynamic and proactive personality, ability to work with teams
• Solution driven and structured way of working
• Self-starter and with a can-do mentality
