Job Description As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for daily support activities, including:  Supervising and leading a team of skilled technicians that support the monthly workload to ensure satisfactory completion of assignments in support of established company goals. actions are taken.  Providing support to building operations and maintenance teams to sustain low operating cost.  Plan and supervise daily building or mechanical systems maintenance operations.  Supervise maintenance staff, assist in interviewing and hiring; train new employees; plan and issue daily work assignments; monitor work in progress and check completed work; assist with difficult or unusual tasks.
