The Facility Site Advisor is a key member of the Cushman & Wakefield onsite account team for the client and has a dual reporting structure into a site leader and the programmatic Workplace Experience Manager. This individual shall provide a positive experience at the client’s offices, ensuring that employees feel well supported and productive.The ideal candidate will be hospitality-focused, showcase a contagiously
positive attitude and exceptional communication skills and can support facilities management and operations professionals in a faced-paced environment. We are looking for a collaborative, energetic self-starter who will thrive in situations where they can interact with and help people.

About the Role:
Front‑of‑house & meeting support: Visitor reception, security coordination, badging, and meeting logistics.Office operations & facilities: Office supply management, mail handling, workspace aesthetics, repairs, furniture moves, space utilization, and work orders via C&W CMMS.Programs, onboarding & compliance: New hire orientations, safety program coordination, and handling internal service requests.About you:
GCE O Level & Above with at least 1 year of facilities, workplace operations and/or customer service/hospitality industry experience.
Experience reconciling budgets for day-to-day workplace operations.
Experience with using Microsoft Office and various other types of office software and PowerPoint.
