Facility Security Officer - Active TS/SCI Clearance

**Objectives:**
+ Provide intelligence training, logistics, sustainment, programing, budgeting, procurement, delivery, receipt at unit level, divestment, security, and PED SME support services at the Army Reserve HQ
+ Assist the OCAR G-2, G-4, and SED with total integrated solutions for a multitude of professional service-based requirements
**Responsibilities**
+ Development, installation and management of an overall effective security program for OCAR personnel and facility operations
+ Responsible for assisting in the daily management and implementation of Special Compartmented Information (SCI) security and administrative functions within a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF)
+ Provide specialized knowledge in DoD and HQDA automated security system programs such as the Defense Information System for Security (DISS) and Security Office Automation System (SOAS) to process, create and monitor security clearance and reports daily
+ Supporting military senior leaders in SCI program management, policy development support, planning, and operational integration
+ Coordinate with the parent Special Security Offices as needed and provide guidance to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedure
+ Support Army Reserve Military Intelligence (MI) soldiers' training readiness by ensuring that training platforms adhere to ICD-705 standards
+ Advising on personnel security policies and related matters and on the impact of personnel security requirements on organizational missions
+ Administering security awareness programs to General Officers, Senior Executive System (SES) civilians, Soldiers, Contractors, and visitors
+ Advise management on matters about reinvestigation requirements, personnel assurance programs (i.e., ongoing checks on employee reliability), and related matters concerning the maintenance of current clearances and monitoring the reliability of the work force
+ Special Security Representative (SSR) support is required for (3) three locations determined by mission demand
**Qualifications**
+ Active TS/SCI security clearance
+ Minimum of one year of creditable experience in the security field which includes Industrial Security, Personnel Security, Information Security, or Physical Security
+ Extensive experience in DoD and HQDA automated security system programs (i.e., DISS, SOAS)
+ Thorough understanding of ICD 705 standards (SCIF design, construction, accreditation)
+ Proven analytical, problem solving and teambuilding skills
+ Superior written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
+ Able to perform a broad spectrum of all administrative skills with expertise, adaptive to multiple environments and surroundings
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook and Internet Explorer
