We’re hiring a Facility & Property Account Manager at our Real Estate & Construction office in Chattanooga, TN and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. Primary Responsibilities + You’re ready to immerse yourself in all things EquipmentShare. You have the hunger to learn all you can about the inner workings of our construction technology company, and you’re a highly motivated person who can take on the challenge. + Our ideal candidate will have experience in providing operations and administrative support. He or she will be heavily involved in the daily workings of our finance, accounting and operations teams. + Focus on ensuring compliance and providing support for EquipmentShare's new markets and existing properties. + Communicate with vendors, third party services, and various other EquipmentShare departments to relay pertinent information as needed. Most communication will be over the phone. + Support executive leadership on a variety of projects, such as reports, budgets, presentations, and more. + When necessary, prepare expense reports and other timely reporting. + Serve as an advocate and a representative of the EquipmentShare brand. + Track deadlines on multiple projects and hold others accountable to deliver on expectations.
