As the Facility operation HSE Specialist, you will manage the day-to-day maintenance activities in the Campus being HSE frontline. You will partner with the manufacturing operational Leaders and the facility maintenance team to reduce and manage risks associated with operations. You will be accountable for the strengthening our interdependent HSE culture.

In this role, you will:

Support Campus HSE Surveillance

Evaluate and update the DVR document related to facility and maintenance aspect

Collaborate with the maintenance cell on the preparation of heat map with related defenses matrix and HSE improvement projects (road map)

Improve and issue HSE facility and maintenance procedures/work instructions

Monitor (H&S and E) performance (KPI) of our main facility maintenance contractor

Support the Safety Talks deployment and HSE induction

Support management of HSE Concerns and incidents

Be responsible for JSA revision / “Non-Routinary” activities

Be responsible for Management of Change (MOC) follow-up and new PP&E projects.

Responsible for environmental sampling (air emissions, water discharge, noise, chemical risk Legionella, other)

Act as Life Saving Rules (LSR) reference point in the Facility and Maintenance Cell

Be responsible for Contractors HSE Oversight

To be successful in this role you will have:

Degree in a technical field from an accredited University (preferrable Mechanical or Electrical Engineering) or technical diploma

Be familiar with HSE operations within the Oil&Gas or Energy Industry

Have basic knowledge of HSE management systems, Local HSE regulations and widely used International standards

Knowledge with HSE operations on Facility/Equipment Maintenance (Permit to work, interfering risks managing)

Have preferrably ASPP qualification

Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills

Be able to communicate fluently in Italian and English

Have good teamwork, mediation, relationship-building and influencing skills
