Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Soft Services Manager to join our Facilities Management team in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all soft services operations within assigned client facilities, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service quality while maintaining cost efficiency.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage soft services teams including housekeeping, reception, mail room, pest control, landscaping, and waste managementDevelop and implement standard operating procedures for all soft services functionsMonitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with service level agreementsConduct regular quality audits and implement continuous improvement initiativesManage budgets and optimize resource allocation while maintaining service excellenceEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and address their concerns proactivelyPrepare and present performance reports to senior management and clientsTrain and develop team members to enhance service delivery capabilitiesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, or related fieldMinimum 7 years of experience in facilities management with at least 3 years in a leadership roleStrong knowledge of soft services operations and industry best practicesExperience with vendor management and contract administrationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in MS Office and facilities management softwarePreferred SkillsKnowledge of ISO standards for facility managementIOSH/NEBOSH certification or similar safety qualificationsExperience with sustainability initiatives in building operationsClient-facing experience in corporate environmentsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packageCareer development and growth opportunities in a global organizationCollaborative and innovative work environmentTraining and professional development programsWork with diverse and high-profile clients
