Dächer, Fassaden, Fenster, Türen) + Identifikation und Umsetzung von Kosten- und Energieeinsparungsprojekten + Monitoring aller Energiedaten sowie Forecast und Kapazitätsplanung (Gas, Strom, Wasser) + Unterstützung bei standortübergreifenden Sonderprojekten + Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung von EH&S-Maßnahmen (Environment, Health & Safety) + Sicherstellung einer zukunftsfähigen Organisation durch Nutzung von Synergien, Aus- und Weiterbildung sowie strategische Personalplanung + Unterstützung des Fleet Managements für den Standort Ottobrunn + Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der unterstellten Teamleiter + Aktives Mitglied im TEGA-Krisenstab + 24/7/365 Ansprechpartner bei Notfällen (z. B.
