Facility Manager – Operations (6 Days Working | On-Site)
Location: Bhartiya City, Bengaluru
Role SummaryWe are looking for a hands-on Facility Manager to lead end-to-end facility operations at a premium corporate site in Bhartiya City. This role requires a highly accountable, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a 6-day operational environment and has strong experience in managing vendors, site operations, and workplace experience.
This is a frontline, on-ground role, ideal for candidates who are comfortable with daily site operations, vendor supervision, and stakeholder engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Maintenance
Lead day-to-day facility operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all building servicesOversee maintenance, repairs, and technical services (MEP systems, infrastructure, etc.)Conduct regular facility inspections and ensure timely issue resolutionImplement and monitor preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtimeVendor & Service Partner Management
Manage multiple vendors (housekeeping, security, engineering, etc.) on-siteEnsure strict adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standardsDrive performance reviews, cost control, and service quality improvementsHandle vendor escalations and ensure timely closuresSpace & Workplace Management
Plan and optimize space utilization and workplace layoutsManage moves, adds, and changes (MAC) with minimal operational disruptionCoordinate with business teams on workspace requirements and expansionsFinancial & Cost Management
Support budget planning and tracking for facility operationsMonitor expenses and identify cost optimization opportunitiesValidate vendor invoices and ensure financial accuracyHealth, Safety & Compliance
Ensure full compliance with statutory and safety regulationsImplement and monitor EHS practices and emergency preparedness plansConduct regular audits and risk assessmentsStakeholder Management
