Job Description
As a Facility Manager you will be responsible for the daily management of the Rockwell Automation France facilities (7 locations) and oversee the operations of the Fleet Management with the support of the local HR Generalist and the external Facility assistant. You will manage a team of 3 external people: 2 in our HQ, Voisins-le-Bretonneux (Île-de-France) and one in Lyon, in addition to the Facilities service providers.
We ask that you work on site at our offices in Voisins-le-Bretonneux reporting to the South Region Facilities Manager.
Your responsibilities:Facilities operations:
Directing and planning essential services such as building/premises maintenance, cleaning, catering, air conditioning, electrical and water.Participates in the selection of service providers/contractors in cooperation with SSONegotiates rates and monitors the quality of services provided.Security:
Manage contracted security servicesWork close with the EMEA Regional Security ManagerProvide support and guidance on CCTV, access control and alarmsReception:
Oversee al activities related to receptionEnsure all processes are in place to ensure the smooth operations of the areaManagement of receptionist(s)Management:
Ensures that all activities are conducted within specified budgetary limits – always in agreement with Regional Facilities manager (Cost effective)Handles a variety of sensitive and confidential information. Ensures rapid and accurate dissemination of critical informationFleet management:
Work closely together with HRG, service provider and employeesReportingMonthly review and monitoring of fleet status (km's management, high's/low's)Fraudulent activities report on petrol cards ▪ Frequent monitoring of such activitiesFollow up on drivers finesFines management in coordination with Facilities teamLeadership:
