Facility Manager

As the Central Kitchen Facility Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of facility operations—from production and maintenance to sanitation and logistics. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with food safety and OSHA standards, and drive continuous improvement across the board.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead daily operations across production, maintenance, sanitation, and logistics
+ Ensure food safety compliance (GMPs, HACCP, allergen controls, etc.)
+ Manage production schedules and maintain high product quality and yield
+ Develop and mentor supervisors and team leads
+ Collaborate with QA, HR, and Supply Chain to meet goals
+ Champion a safety-first culture and ensure OSHA compliance
+ Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements
+ Oversee budgets, capital projects, and cost control
+ Maintain accurate records and ensure audit readiness
+ Support employee development and handle performance management

+ Strong leadership and team management skills
+ Experience in food manufacturing or a similar production environment
+ Knowledge of food safety regulations and operational best practices
+ Ability to drive efficiency, reduce waste, and improve processes
+ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
